For the last 20 or more years I have worked tirelessly to deliver great service and even better outcomes for my clients who range from companies to charities to the self-employed and private individuals. 

My area of expertise is employment law, and I advise on all the usual as well as less common issues that arise from workplace relationships.

Clients may approach me to help them resolve a workplace dispute or to assist them to prevent one by, for example, improving or interpreting legal documents such as contracts of employment and settlement agreements. 

Although going to Tribunal or Court is often best avoided, sometimes it cannot be. If you find that you have no other choice but to present or defend a claim, and you feel out of your depth, I have a great deal of experience holding clients' hands through the process and representing them at trial.
