Throughout my career, I have amassed a wealth of experience in successfully handling Employment Tribunal claims, particularly excelling in advising on post-termination restrictions.

Notably, I played a pivotal role in a landmark case, Thomas v Farr & Ors [2007] EWCA Civ 118, which remains influential in determining the enforceability of restrictive clauses in employment contracts.

Another significant achievement includes securing a High Court injunction for a prominent London estate agent, safeguarding against the misuse of a pilfered landlord database by former employees for their competing venture.
